Fans and fashion critics alike will be weighing in on the good, the bad and the "what were they thinking?" celebrity attire on the red carpet at the awards show, which will air live on CBS at 8 p.m.

USA audiences can watch the event live from 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT onwards on CBS on Sunday. Other artists announced to perform on the broadcast include Camila Cabello, Cardi B, Dan + Shay, Post Malone with the Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Shawn Mendes, Diana Ross, J Balvin, Arturo Sandoval, Young Thug, Janelle Monáe, Kacey Musgraves, H.E.R., Miley Cyrus, Brandi Carlile, Maren Morris, Little Big Town and Ricky Martin.

The 29-year-old was performing her hit song "Meant To Be" at a Spotify's Best New Artist Party at the Hammer Museum in LA when she noticed no one was singing along, so the pissed-off pop star snapped.

At the age of 85, country star Willie Nelson won best traditional pop vocal album for My Way. The organization awards approximately 70 winners during the show's Premiere Ceremony at 1 p.m., which features categories such as producer of the year, best metal performance, best rap performance and best country song.

Lady Gaga scooped up five nominations including for both Record and Song of the Year for her heart-pounding hit Shallow, which she performed in the film A Star Is Born with co-star Bradley Cooper.

Six of the best new artist nominees are women, including H.E.R., Chloe x Halle, Margo Price, Dua Lipa, Bebe Rexha and Jorja Smith.

"This is just the beginning of moving to a more inclusive future", Monae said.


Along with Best Alternative Album, Colors was also awarded with a Grammy for Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical. He later acknowledged that it was a "poor choice of words", and his much-criticized remarks forced the academy to launch a new task force focused on inclusion and diversity.

Kendrick Lamar and Drake lead this year's nominations, with eight and seven respectively. Taylor Swift, who was snubbed and one scored one nomination, also won't be at the show. A representative for the Grammys didn't return an email seeking clarification about the tribute.


Lady Gaga, the "Black Panther" soundtrack, and folk singer Brandi Carlile took home early Grammy awards on Sunday ahead of a female-flavored telecast hosted by R&B singer Alicia Keys. Yolanda Adams, Fantasia and Andra Day will honor the late Aretha Franklin with a performance.
