Spacey has been accused of getting an 18-year-old drunk, putting his hand down his underpants and fondling his private parts.

Spacey, 59, is due in court January 7 on the resort island of Nantucket to be arraigned on a charge of indecent assault and battery, Cape and Islands District Attorney Michael O'Keefe said in a statement yesterday.

At one point, Unruh's son told Spacey he was 23 years old.

When they went back inside, Spacey allegedly began rubbing the teen's thigh while standing in a crowd of people around a piano and then allegedly unzipped the teen's trousers and touched him without consent.

Unruh's son told investigators he ran home after the incident and told family members about being groped that night.

Actor Kevin Spacey's freakish House of Cards inspired video, which he posted on the same day it was revealed that he will be charged of felony sexual assault in MA, has raked up 4.5 million online views in 24 hours.

The teen said he tried to turn away but Spacey kept reaching down his trousers.

Unruh's son first reported the assault to Nantucket Police on October 31, 2016 but the investigation didn't move forward until November 22, 2017 when the victim spoke with Massachusetts State Police.

But this week he posted a video online of himself speaking about allegations of sexual abuse in the character of Frank Underwood, the scheming politician he played in House of Cards before the show dropped him.

Detectives also interviewed the owner of the bar and several employees and customers, but none of them witnessed Spacey doing anything inappropriate with the alleged victim, according to the complaint. I mean, after all, we shared everything, you and I. Besides I know what you want, you want me back. The clip shows the actor attacking the young man at a bar in Nantucket in July 2016, according to legal authorities. "They're just waiting with bated breath to hear me confess it all".

"You wouldn't believe the worst without evidence, would you?" he asks. You wouldn't rush to judgement without facts, would you? Only, you and I both know it's never that simple - not in politics and not in life. "You're smarter than that", Spacey went on.

"Of course, they're going to say I'm being disrespectful-not playing by the rules, like I ever played by anyone's rules before", Spacey says.

Soon after the hearing was confirmed Spacey's "Frank" video turned up.

As it was previously reported, Netflix fired Kevin following the allegations that came out involving Mr. Anthony Rapp, who claims Kevin assaulted him when he was a 14-year-old boy.
