Reports in Spain say Neymar is still not happy with life in France and has been given the green light to join any club of his choice next season by the president of Paris Saint Germain Nasser Al-Khelaifi.
Barcelona manager Ernesto Valverde has admitted that it would be hard for the club to re-sign Neymar.
'We aren't in the market to sign players.
Neymar has been linked in recent days with a surprise return to Barcelona - a move that the Camp Nou's vice-president, Jordi Cardoner, has denied - or a switch to the Bernabéu, where he has been coveted for some time.
"Will he stay? All I know is that he is here in October but I can't talk about what Neymar will do in the summer of 2019", the PSG manager told a press conference on Friday.
Vazquez said, "Neymar? To talk about purchases, we will see what happens, but it is clear that Neymar is a great player, a world star that all the teams would like to have in their ranks".
He departed in July 2017 after the Paris giants exercised his release clause.
Neymar Jr.is regretting his decision of leaving Barcelona and joining PSG.
During his first spell at the club, Neymar formed a prolific strikeforce with Luis Suarez and Lionel Messi on his way to winning two LaLiga titles and a Champions League crown.
In such circumstances, Barcelona could sign Neymar if they are willing to pay £190m.
