Sony Xperia XZ3 is an expensive treat for your eyes

There's more evidence to suggest the Xperia XZ3 will be showing up in Berlin. Most of those leaks were spot on when it comes to the design of this smartphone, while benchmarks did reveal accurate specs as well.

Xperia XZ3 is nearly XZ2 with a little difference. That 6-inch OLED display outputs at QHD+ resolution (1440 x 2880) and supports HDR as well, so it sounds like it'll look great.

Powered by the cutting-edge Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 845 Mobile Platform, the XZ3 gives users the world's fastest maximum connection speeds at 1.2Gbps. This makes Xperia XZ3 one of the first devices to run Android Pie out-of-the-box. The 19MP 1/2.3-inch sensor records video in 4K HDR, and you can do 960fps slow motion video capture at 1080p.

On the front, there is a 13-megapixel sensor and has a wide-angle lens. There's a 3,300mAh battery with Quick Charge 3 and Stamina Mode in the Xperia XZ3.

The smartphone comes with 4GB RAM, 64GB internal memory and expandable memory up to 512GB via microSD card.

However, in some other ways the Xperia XZ3 seems like business as usual for Sony and very similar to its predecessor. It measures 158 x 73 x 9.9 mm and it weighs 193grams. The new Xperia XZ3 is the successor to Xperia XZ2 launched at MWC. The rear panel is made up of glass that will seamlessly curve into the metal frame. These design languages were first introduced with the launch of Xperia XZ2 back in February this year. The Fingerprint scanner is on the back with a little curve which you guys can witness at the back. In addition, advanced 3D Creator now lets users add facial expressions to their scans, taken with either the front or main camera, making them even more lifelike. The dedicated camera button remains on the right-hand edge and USB Type-C remains at the button, with the 3.5mm headphone jack still absent. And there is a choice of four handsome colours in a stunning finish to reflect your individual style: Black, White Silver, Forest Green, and Bordeaux Red. The front camera only supports Full HD. The company expected to announce the Sony Xperia XZ3 flagship smartphone along with Sony Xperia XA3 mid-range smartphone. The company did not share any projections as far as battery life is concerned, so we really do not know what to expect in that regard. Double tap the side of the phone to snap a picture. As is the case with most Sony smartphones, the Xperia XZ3 is also IP65/68 certified for water and dust resistance.
