Rudy Giuliani obliterates the goal posts on Trump-Russia collusion

President Donald Trump's attorney Rudy Giuliani said Sunday that he wants the public to hear more of Michael Cohen's recordings as he continued to claim that they vindicated Trump.

In attempting to refute the claims, the president's lawyer, Barry Zuckerkorn Rudy Giuliani, said that he talked to witnesses to the Trump-Cohen conversation about the Trump Tower meeting, and it was, um, it was not about the Trump Tower meeting (?).

Sources told CNN that Cohen is reportedly willing to discuss the matter with Mueller, who is investigating possible ties between the Trump campaign and Russian Federation.

Trump, his son, his lawyers and other administration officials have repeatedly said Trump did not know about the now infamous meeting until news of it broke in July 2017.

On Wednesday, Cohen's legal team leaked one tape, a covert recording of Trump and Cohen discussing a payment to the National Enquirer to secure the rights to former Playboy Playmate Karen McDougal's claims of an affair with Trump.

"No, I didn't know anything about the meeting", Trump told The New York Times that month.

Cohen has not yet made a decision to work with the federal prosecutors from the Southern District of NY, according to two people familiar with his thinking but not authorized to discuss private conversations. Trump has denied having had an encounter with Daniels.

"Maybe it explains why he hired 13 Democrats, ' Giuliani said, referencing Trump's repeated claim that Mueller stacked his team with 'angry" Democrats, although Federal Bureau of Investigation regulations would have precluded the Republican Mueller from using party affiliation to select his team.

Donald Trump's lawyer Rudy Giuliani (joo-lee-AH'-nee) says the president may be open to an interview with special counsel Robert Mueller even if it involves some questions about alleged obstruction of justice in the federal investigation into Russian Federation interference in the 2016 election.

Giuliani also said it "sounds suspicious" that only one of 183 Cohen recordings obtained from Federal Bureau of Investigation raids on his home and office has Trump on it.

And he goes on in that tweet to accuse Cohen of lying to get out of considerable legal trouble.

"Nobody should proceed on the assumption that President Trump's going to pardon".

Cohen's camp has denied being the source of the CNN report, the basic substance of which The Associated Press independently confirmed.

"There are 12 others - maybe 11 or 12 others - out of the 183 in which the president is discussed at any length by Cohen, mostly with reporters", he added.

"Let me see if I can make it about as clear as possible", said Giuliani.

Trump Jr. told the Senate Judiciary Committee that he did not remember with whom he spoke at that time, but others testified that his father, Donald Trump, uses a blocked line.

Cohen's laywer, Lanny Davis, said his client is telling the truth about Trump, and wants to get his story out. This contradicts his earlier statement that called Cohen an "honest, honorable lawyer".
