Passengers on the neighboring boat can be seen shouting desperately to move their boat farther away in case there's another explosion.
An unidentified American tourist was killed and several other people were injured in the explosion, WPLG in Florida reported.
Ten people on board were injured and taken to the hospital in George Town and a female American tourist had died. Paul and Brooke suffered a few bruises and cuts, but Stephanie and Stacey sustained severe injuries.

Exumas and Ragged Island MP Chester Cooper said in a statement: "This is a sad day for Exuma and a sad day for our American friends". The tragedy occurred about 130 miles south of Exuma, an island south of Nassau, ABC 10 reports.
The company that ran the trip, 4C's Adventures, declined to comment on the explosion to DailyMail.com because they are under investigation.
"An HC-130 Hercules airplane crew with two medical personnel from Air Station Clearwater was launched, landed in Exuma, and transported the boaters to the air station where emergency medical services awaited", the U.S. Coast Guard said.
