Meghan Markle's mother Doria Ragland has arrived at Los Angeles International Airport to catch a flight to London for her daughter's royal wedding to Prince Harry on Saturday.

A spokesperson for the palace declined to comment on the matter to HuffPost on Monday, though they later issued a statement after much speculation.

"We can just have so much fun together, and yet, I'll still find so much solace in her support", Meghan told Glamour a year ago.

The couple will be married by the Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby in a midday ceremony, taking place in St George's Chapel in the grounds of Windsor Castle.

Ms Markle, 36, will not have a maid of honour as she wanted to avoid choosing just one of her closest friends.

They will then travel through the streets of Windsor in a carriage.

Thomas also told TMZ that he now regrets the paparazzi pictures and claims he was merely trying to "recast his image" and was offered nowhere near the $100k that he was reportedly given for the snaps.

Meghan's half-sister, Samantha Markle, said that she was "entirely the culprit" for the staged photos and admits that "it was my suggestion". He reportedly had a heart attack around a week ago. From the guest list to the wedding dress, here's everything you need to know about this year's biggest royal wedding.

Backtracking on his statements the day before, Thomas Markle told TMZ on Tuesday that he has chose to go to the wedding after speaking with his daughter.

Thomas' sentimental gift is a present from the royal family, and is part of royal tradition.

According to the outlet, the former actress told her father she loved him and "was concerned about his health".

Ms Markle's goddaughters, Remi Litt, six, and her elder sister, Rylan, seven, will also be joining the procession of bridesmaids.

Thomas told the outlet that he was experiencing serious chest pains and was back in the hospital, though he is trying to get cleared in time for the royal wedding.

As Charles' youngest son prepares to marry his United States bride, Charles and Camilla were seen flying into the royal residences while royal staff assisted them with suitcases.
