Amazon now has job listings for store manager positions in both San Francisco and Chicago.

There were hints that Amazon Go locations were heading to San Francisco and Chicago, according to the news report.

"As Amazon continues its aggressive expansion and historic innovation, many USA cities are being treated to remarkable perks, including Free two-hour alcohol delivery, self-checkout grocery stores, and unlabeled, unpackaged returns to Kohl's".

The experience one gets by shopping at Amazon Go store possesses something of a novelty, which is still now attracting tourists to the Seattle location six months after opening.

Amazon says it will bring a cashier-less store to IL. Los Angeles and San Francisco are the top two cities that are great to live in if you love Amazon. And on Sunday, the San Francisco Chronicle reported that Amazon planned to open a store near the city's Union Square, with a formal announcement expected within weeks.

The retailer has been billing it as the first cashierless convenience store in the world. "No lines, no checkout", according to the company. Then they need to open the app on their phone and scan it at one of the four turnstiles to enter the 1,800 square foot store. Once inside, they can take soda, salads or anything else off its shelves and just walk out.

The store uses a collection of cameras and sensors to constantly track customers and inventory as they move around. Each store will also have staff members who will be there to make sure the shelves are restocked and assist new customers who are hesitant about how it all works.
