The smartphone is launching in China, and as of now, there is no word on the India launch. The phone can be purchased on an EMI basis using most credit cards as well as Bajaj Finance and Home Credit. Airtel users can get a cashback of up to Rs 2000 as a part of the telecom firm's "Mera Pehla Phone" initiative, something that drops the price of the smartphone down to Rs 23,999. Nokia 7 Plus customers will also get complimentary 12-month accidental damage insurance from Servify (on opening and activating a Kotak 811 saving account). It comes with 20GB additional data for prepaid Airtel subscribers that can be availed through each of the first six recharges (Rs. 199 and Rs. 349). However, the Nokia X photos leak show that the name will be Nokia X. No doubt, Nokia X will be up to the mark and will get more popularity as compared to other smartphones.

Nokia 8 Sirocco and Nokia 7 Plus buyers will also get 25% instant discount on domestic hotels via MakeMyTrip. Furthermore, there is an extended free subscription to the Airtel TV app until December 31, 2018. According to the rumors Nokia X appears to have a 19:9 screen ratio with a small notch. The phone will be shipped with stock Android 8.1 Oreo. Under the hood, there is an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC, paired with 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM. It has 64GB internal storage which is expandable up to 256GB through MicroSD card. Below, it houses fingerprint sensor.

The Nokia 7 Plus comes in Black Copper and White Copper colors. The choice of the image of the N8 is interesting, because when it launched, it had a particularly good 12-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics. The primary sensor has f/1.8 aperture and 1.4µm pixels. At the same time, the 2018 version of Nokia X6 also features dual rear cameras although we not sure if they will be equipped with Zeiss optics since there is no such branding on the camera module.

The front-facing camera has a 16MP sensor with features like Live Bokeh mode (Blurred Background) and a Pro mode. The camera setup includes a Telephoto lens.

"Nokia 8 Sirocco sports an edge-to-edge curved p-OLED 5.5" display Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top for added protection. It is protected by sculpted Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The glass body handset is IP67 rated water and dust resistant.

The Nokia 7 Plus is fueled by a 3,800mAh battery which is claimed to last for two days.

The phone might either have a Snapdragon 636 processor or a Mediatek Helio P60 chipset. Up front, there's a 16-megapixel camera for selfies and video calling. It's a dual-SIM phone with 4G LTE and VoLTE compatibility with Indian cellular operators.

Nokia 8 Sirocco measures 140.93x 72.9 x 7.5mm.
