Fortnite's Port-a-Fort grenades and Replay system are now live

It's a powerful tool, and one with the potential to considerably shake up how the game plays.

After being data mined by Storm Shield One, it appears that Fornite: Battle Royale may have two new weapons included in the form of Dual Pistols and a Space Pistol, although, it should be noted that nothing has been confirmed by Epic Games as of writing.

As expected, Epic has also brought in a number of smaller hotfixes to Fortnite with Patch 3.5, all of which you can read in full on their website.

Port-a-Fort grenades are flashy (and have the best name) but the Replay system is the big addition in this update. If players want to take advantage of it, they probably have a limited time to do so. There are a collection of camera modes available, including the standard third-person and a drone that you can fly around freely to see all of the battlefields.

In the patch notes published on Epic's website, the studio also teases the possibility of competitions and prizes for those who create memorable films via the Replay system, so reliving those Victory Royales isn't just an erstwhile pastime, but a chance at nabbing some real life Fortnite loot.
