Four Bangladeshi women arrested from Bhiwandi

The victim is a middle school student and according to an arrest report, her friends knew she had been talking with a man from Florida.

The women were arrested under section 14 (a), (c) of Foreigners Act, 1946, and sec 3 (a), 6 of passport (Entry into India) Rule, 1950 and an offence was registered at local police station.

The suspect was identified as 28-year-old Chase Forcier, who was on Post Release Custody Supervision and already had three outstanding felony warrants for prior convictions of felony vehicle theft.

"We can no longer tolerate any act of lawlessness from criminal elements in the state and we will always go after them no matter where they are hiding", he said.

He said initial investigations showed the suspect would steal household items like television sets, laptops and printers after breaking into his victims homes.
